Exile & Return

An astrologically guided journey of Belonging, Grief and Rebirth

Sundays, 6pm (UK)

75-minute live online sessions,

from 8th Feb → 15th March 2026

Exile & Return is a six-week, astrologically guided journey to transform your story of belonging.

Where has the thread of your belonging been frayed? Where has your goodness been doubted? Where has your spirit been shaped by the long arc of exile?

This course is not a quick fix.

It is a journey.

A slow, tender, courageous passage through precious inner landscapes that were overlooked, silenced, or cast out.

Between Imbolc and the Spring Equinox, from Sunday 8th February until Sunday 15th March 2026, we travel together beneath a sky that opens gateways for renewal. Each week you meet yourself in a new way as we move gently but bravely through the territories of exclusion, scapegoating, grief, inner goodness, and rebirth.

This course is for those who know the ache of being cast out, misunderstood, silenced, or held as “the problem.”

It is also for those who carry old shame, inherited wounds, or a sense that part of them had to go underground in order to survive.

Through live teaching, guided visualisation, writing practices, mythic exploration, astrological mapping, and embodied ancestral work, you will trace the patterns of exile in your chart and in your life, and begin returning to your deeper truth with compassion, dignity, and integrity.

Across the six weeks, we will:

  • Understand the architecture of belonging and how group fields form

  • Explore why projection and scapegoating happen and how they shape identity

  • Honour grief as a rite of passage

  • Reclaim the parts of self you pushed away to stay safe

  • Recover a sense of inner goodness and creative dignity

  • Align with the Spring Equinox as a threshold of renewal, clarity, and self-trust

By the end of the six weeks, something meaningful will have shifted.

Not because you pushed or performed or “fixed” yourself. Simply because you honoured the truth of your experience under astrological skies that support realignment and renewal.

This is a journey back to your own centre.

A journey toward the quiet joy of recognising yourself again.

A journey where what was exiled can return to be received with grace.

A six-week journey to reclaim belonging, inner goodness, and self-trust.

who this is for

This journey is for anyone who has felt the sting of exclusion, misunderstanding, or being cast in a role that never belonged to them.

For those who have carried the weight of group tension, family shadow, or unspoken expectations — often without knowing why.

It’s for people who:

  • have been scapegoated, sidelined or silenced, formally or informally

  • are navigating cultural or personal displacement

  • have felt like the “too much” or “not enough” one in a group, family, movement, or community

  • are carrying political or collective grief

  • sense that they are more perceptive, sensitive, or attuned than others — and have been punished for it

  • are experiencing burnout or spiritual fatigue

  • have lived through friendship ruptures, activism burnouts, spiritual community fallout, or identity-based exclusion

  • are navigating the end of a relationship or identity

  • are in a season of reorientation

  • carry an inner sense of difference that has never fully found a home

  • long to reclaim their inner goodness, their clarity, and their rightful belonging

  • feel a sense of exile from themselves

  • want spiritual, psychological, and astrological frameworks to understand what happened and how to heal

  • are ready to move from exile into creative presence, from fragmentation into coherence

No astrology expertise is required, just sincerity, curiosity and a willingness to listen to the truths calling from your inner wilderness.

You just need a sense — however faint — that your story matters, that your pain has a pattern, and that your return is possible.

A slow, intentional journey from fragmentation toward coherence.

  • No. The journey is held in language you can inhabit, full of metaphor and narrative.

  • No.

While this journey is astrologically guided, it is not a one-to-one personal chart reading. The astrology is used to illuminate shared themes, collective patterns, and the wider sky we are all moving under, not to analyse individual charts in detail.

If you would like focused, personal attention to your own chart and life story, you are welcome to book a personal astrology reading as an optional add-on.

  • Replays are provided, yours to revisit in your own rhythm.

  • That’s very welcome.

This course is designed as a contained journey, and many people find that questions continue to unfold in between live sessions and after the group work ends.

For those who want a quieter, one-to-one space to reflect, listen, and discern what is next, spiritual direction sessions are available as an optional add-on. These offer contemplative support without advice-giving or pressure, and can be taken as a single session or a short series.

  • Yes. You are welcome to keep your camera off and participate silently if that suits you. This is solo journey undertaken in a group container. There will be no group sharing.

  • No.

Exile & Return is a complete journey in its own right, and you do not need to have taken the Scapegoating workshop to participate.

Some of the themes explored in the Scapegoating workshop will be touched on and woven into this journey, particularly around projection, exclusion, and identity. However, not all of the material from the workshop is included.

If experiences of scapegoating or being cast as “the problem” are especially central to your story, you may find it supportive to download the replay of the Scapegoating workshop as a standalone resource. It offers a deeper, focused exploration of that theme, which can sit alongside Exile & Return if you wish.

  • No. This is a reflective, astrologically informed exploration and container, not clinical therapy or crisis support.

  • All sessions are scheduled in UK time.

  • This work is interfaith, open to all expressions of Spirit. You don’t need a particular belief system to participate, and no doctrine is imposed. To learn more about my relationship to the sacred, please read my Biography or the Your Guide section below.

A six-week container for those ready to come home to themselves.

your guide

I come to this work not as an expert looking down from a professional perch, but as someone who has lived what I now offer.

My life has been an ongoing exploration of how belonging, creativity, and spirit are woven together. My background bridges many worlds — performance and spirituality, activism and devotion, Iranian and British lineages — and I live in a disabled body shaped by both childhood and adult trauma. My professional life is dedicated to publicly, enthusiastically, and sometimes controversially expressing my devotion to the divine through multiple, often conflicting, lineages.

Each facet of who I am has taught me something about exile and the courage it takes to come home to my inner goodness again. I know what it is to be scapegoated, excluded, ostracised, and vilified. Simply by being myself, I have ruffled feathers, triggered insecurities, and illuminated taboos. If you feel drawn to Exile & Return, I imagine something in my story touches your own.

Through astrology, art, song, grief tending, ancestral practice and deep study of the psychology of projection and scapegoating, I have found ways to survive profound exclusion, and then slowly, insistently return to build thriving life for myself and my loved ones. The language of the stars and the turning of the seasons have guided me in understanding how the cycles of loss and renewal move through each of us. You can read more about my life’s work and story here.

I offer this journey because I once walked it alone and wished for a companion. The stigma around scapegoating means very little is spoken openly, and even less support is offered to those impacted by its most damaging forms. My intention is to help you return to your inner goodness, rebuild your life, and reclaim your place in the wider unfolding of our times.

I do not claim to have all the answers; I offer guidance born from lived experience and ongoing practice. Together, we create a field where what was cast out can be welcomed home, and where our personal stories of estrangement begin to reveal a larger pattern of collective return.

A space to honour what was lost, and to return with integrity.
