In this time of profound hope, deep grief, and collective reckoning, we gather in ceremony to call upon the support of the well and healthy ancestors of the Iranian people.
This ritual is held to strengthen Iranians everywhere, to request the support of our ancestors in liberating Iran and the Iranian people from all corruption, and to invite the guiding presence of bright and benevolent ancestors to offer protection and refuge to those of our kin who are passing from this life into the next realm in such great numbers.
Iranian–British citizen Beloved Sara Zaltash will hold this ancestral connection process with care, reverence, and spiritual integrity, informed the practices of Ancestral Medicine and teachers Daniel Foor, Taya Ma Shere and Annie Spencer.
This ceremonial space is secular, animist, and dedicated to remembrance, mourning, and ancestral connection, inviting the wisdom, strength, and protective presence of those who came before to support the living.
Together, we will:
• Enter a guided ceremonial space for individual reflection;
• Journey inward in our own way, at our own right pace;
• Connect with our personal ancestral lineage;
• Ask for guidance, support and strength in this time.
This is a ceremonial container.
There will be no debate, discourse, or performances.
It is a space for presence, reverence, and spiritual solidarity.
All are welcome. No prior experience is needed. Mostly English language.
