What to do
With Your Rage
An astrologically guided training in courage, strength and alliance
Late April - Early June 2026
A circle of twelve.
What To Do With Your Rage is a six-week, astrologically guided journey into courage, instinct, and power.
*
Where has your anger been silenced?
Where have you been told to soften when your whole body knew something was wrong?
Where has your strength been quietly contained so that others could remain comfortable?
Anger is one of the most intelligent forces in the human psyche. It flows in free abundance from the body, and yet it requires discipline to master.
Many people raised in female bodies are taught to distrust it. To swallow it. To smooth it over. To turn it inward.
This course begins from a different premise.
Consider that your rage may be telling the truth.
*
This training is a steady and courageous passage through the territories where anger, grief, instinct, and power live together.
From Tuesday 28th April until Sunday 7th June, we will work together both online and in person, beneath astrological skies that illuminate the deeper architecture of anger and courage.
Each week you will meet yourself in a new way as we move through the landscapes of instinct, grief, power, ancestry, and alliance.
This work happens through conversation and through lived experience within a cohort of twelve journey companions.
With your body.
With your voice.
Within the landscape of the South West of England.
And in the company of others who are willing to face their own fire.
Through live teaching, mythic exploration, astrological reflection, guided visualisation, and embodied work with voice and movement, you will begin to recognise the deeper patterns of anger in your chart and in your life, and learn how rage can become clarity, strength, and direction.
*
Across the six weeks, we will:
• Understand anger as instinct and signal rather than pathology
• Explore how suppression and social conditioning shape the way anger is expressed
• Honour grief as the hidden companion of rage
• Walk together in the landscape to ground courage in the body
• Together enter the rage room to experience anger physically and consciously
• Call on ancestral lineage and strength
• Prepare for a fire initiation marking entry into The Fierce Alliance
By the end of the six weeks, something real will have shifted for you.
You will have listened carefully to what your anger has been trying to show you, and allowed it to point the way.
This is a journey toward trusting your instincts again.
A journey toward discovering that rage, when understood and trained, is not chaos.
It is protection. It is clarity. It is courage.
And from this place, our alliance can begin.
A six-week training to build the muscle of discipline over rage, courage in action, and strength in alliance.

who this is for
This training is for people who feel anger rising in them and want to understand it rather than suppress it.
For those who sense that beneath frustration, fury, or exhaustion there is something intelligent trying to speak.
For those who have spent years holding themselves together, prioritizing composure, staying reasonable, while something inside them has been asking for a different kind of strength.
It is for people who:
feel anger building in response to injustice, hypocrisy, or harm and want to work with it consciously rather than reactively
have learned to swallow anger in order to stay acceptable, safe, or cooperative
feel the pressure of rage, frustration, or moral clarity but lack spaces where that energy can be explored responsibly
sense that anger contains information about what must be protected, changed, or defended
want to build discipline and strength in the face of powerful emotions
feel called to develop courage rather than avoidance when conflict or truth emerges
are navigating political, cultural, or collective tensions that stir deep feeling
are seeking release from carrying anger alone
long for kinship with others who recognise and understand their fury
want to transform private anger into conscious strength and principled action
This training is open to people raised in female bodies.
Women, non-binary, queer, and gender non-conforming participants are welcome.
The journey includes three in-person experiences — a pilgrimage walk, a rage room visit, and a fire initiation — held in the South West of England near Bristol. Participants must be able to commit to travelling for these gatherings.
No prior knowledge of astrology is required.
What matters is sincerity, curiosity, and a willingness to listen carefully to what your anger may be trying to show you.
You do not need to arrive with answers.
Only with the sense, howver faint, that your rage deserves both discipline and company.
Six potent weeks to break suppression and forge fierce alliances.

No. This is not group therapy, clinical support, anger management or co-counselling.
This journey is a reflective, astrologically informed exploration held in a group setting. Because we will meet in person and spend time together in shared experiences, there will naturally be conversation, conviviality, and opportunities for participants to speak and listen to one another. Respect, consent, and confidentiality are expected within the group.
However, this is not a therapeutic container, and participants are not asked to process one another’s personal material or provide emotional support.
The intention is to gather as sovereign individuals undertaking a shared journey, learning, reflecting, and experiencing together.
-
No. Unlike some other journeys I have offered, this is a group experience that relies on your presence, interaction, and participation with others.
If you would prefer to explore these themes in a private setting rather than in a group, I recommend booking either an astrology reading or a spiritual direction session, where we can work together one-to-one.
-
Replays are provided, yours to revisit in your own rhythm.
-
The pilgrimage, the rage room, and the closing fire initiation are in-person experiences that are central to this journey. They are not optional extras; they are part of the structure and intention of the work.
For that reason, participants are asked to commit to attending all three in-person gatherings when they apply.
Of course, life is unpredictable and unexpected illness or emergencies can arise. If something genuinely unavoidable happens, you will be met with wholehearted understanding.
However, if you already know that you will not be able to attend the in-person experiences, this programme is not the right fit at this time, and I encourage you not to apply.
The strength of this work comes from the group moving through the full journey together, online and in person.
-
No. The journey is held in language you can inhabit, full of metaphor and narrative.

No.
While this journey is astrologically guided, it is not a one-to-one personal chart reading. The astrology is used to illuminate shared themes, collective patterns, and the wider sky we are all moving under, not to analyse individual charts in detail.
If you would like focused, personal attention to your own chart and life story, you are welcome to book a personal astrology reading as an optional add-on.
-
That’s very welcome.
This course is designed as a contained journey, and many people find that questions continue to unfold in between live sessions and after the group work ends.
For those who want a quieter, one-to-one space to reflect, listen, and discern what is next, spiritual direction sessions are available as an optional add-on. These offer contemplative support without advice-giving or pressure, and can be taken as a single session or a short series.
Participants in the course are also eligible to join Our Fierce Alliance, an circle that will meet monthly online and seasonally in-person after the this training is complete. This space allows those who have completed the journey to continue tending the fire together under the changing astrological sky.

No.
This six-week journey is complete in its own right, and you do not need to have taken the Rage Points The Way workshop in order to participate.
Some of the themes explored in the workshop, will be touched on and woven into the journey, particularly around anger, instinct, and the social conditioning that teaches many people to suppress their rage. However, not all of the material from the workshop is included in What To Do With Your Rage.
If the themes of anger, suppression, and learning to listen to your rage are especially central to your story, you may find it supportive to attend the Rage Points The Way workshop or access the replay as a standalone resource. It offers a focused exploration of these ideas, which can sit well alongside the six-week journey.

All sessions are scheduled in UK time.
A six-week journey for those ready to turn rage into courage and alliance.

your guide
Rage has stood at the front door of my life for as long as I can remember.
Learning how to carry it well has shaped everything I now offer.
I come to this work not as an expert looking down from a professional perch, but as someone who has lived what I now offer.
My life has been shaped by the experience of rage; not the fleeting anger that rises and falls in everyday life, but the deeper kind that grows in the relentless presence of injustice, exile, and collective trauma.
I was raised in the shadow of a brutal religious tyranny that overran my parents’ homeland of Iran. Growing up in the aftermath of the dictatorship meant growing up close to a particular kind of rage, the kind that has no simple object and no easy way to extinguish it. It is the rage that lives beneath oppression, exile, and displacement.
For many years, very few people around me understood this. Those who had experienced marginalisation or exclusion often recognised it immediately. Others struggled to comprehend why the emotional stakes felt so high.
Over time I began studying how anger moves through individuals and communities. Through astrology, art, music, grief tending, and ancestral practice, I developed ways of living with this force rather than trying to suppress it. I have also learned from feminist thinkers and from teachings emerging from Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Native American, and Buddhist traditions, each offering different insights into how powerful emotions can be carried with discipline and integrity.
These traditions helped me understand something essential: Rage is not simply destructive. When held consciously, it can become a source of clarity, protection, creativity, and power.
My life has been deeply creative. Through performance, art, music, spiritual practice, and an open exploration of sexuality, I have learned how to work consciously with strong emotional forces while maintaining clear boundaries with myself and others.
Astrologically, Mars sits on my ascendant. In many ways, rage has stood at the front door of my life. Rather than trying to eliminate it, I have spent years learning how to tend the fire it brings, so that it fuels my courage, creativity, and truth rather than burning everything around it. This is the work I now offer to others.
My role is not to extinguish your rage, nor to glorify it. It is to create a disciplined space where it can be acknowledged, honoured, and trained, where the fire that burns within you can become a source of strength and vitality.
This training is a place to learn how to carry rage well — with discipline, courage, and company.
